We never make it in the turkey, so I'm sorry I can't help on that one. Good luck! =)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02775160073840380085noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3178074405038349087.post-59548576414811387362008-11-22T11:28:00.000-06:002008-11-22T11:28:00.000-06:00I have never made cornbread stuffing. The best is the stuffing from the bird and I have never paid any attention to if it was darker from blood. This year hubby wants to try cornbread/sausage as well as the regular. So I guess we will be experimenting a little. I don't have a recipe up but I saute onions, celery, mushrooms in butter. Add these to the stuffing bread and I use two eggs for binding and then one cube of melted butter. From there I keep adding chicken stock until it is of the right moisture (we like it very moist). I add poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and extra sage. Mix well and stuff the bird. No measurements....just to taste.Eggheadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12929947510816062200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3178074405038349087.post-22505170996599614222008-11-22T09:51:00.000-06:002008-11-22T09:51:00.000-06:00I let myself serve here and don't think about any ...I let myself serve here and don't think about any recepes, lol !Gattinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06636525277807715146noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3178074405038349087.post-8410717775416341592008-11-21T15:45:00.000-06:002008-11-21T15:45:00.000-06:00Mrs. Cubbisons (where all the other stuffing mixe...Mrs. Cubbisons (where all the other stuffing mixes are!!!)

ha ha..
