Fish and Chips

Here is a wonderful recipe from Ina Garten for Fish and Chips. I tried it with great success last night.
I apologize for the blurry scan and the hair that seemed to be on my scanner plate! Ha Hopefully
when you enbiggen them you can read the instructions.
