I had Citrus Soy Salmon w/asparagus and brown rice. It is the best cooked salmon I have ever tasted. For dessert, I had a Wall of China. That's chocolate and raspberry.

I've never been to PF Changs. Always wondered what it was like!
I just caught a glimpse of your strawberry jello cake...caused an instant memory of my mother. She made that quite a bit...my little kiddo's loved it!
